SageOps

Your marketing, run by Sage. You set the rules.

SageOps™ is MindHYVE’s Agentic AI Operating System for marketing. Its Digital Employee, Sage, turns your brief into a plan, drafts the posts, emails and images in your voice, and publishes to your channels.

She asks first by default. Where you trust her, she can publish on her own. Either way, you can see what she did and why, and nothing goes out through an account you did not connect.

01How it works

From a brief to published, with a person deciding where it counts.

  1. 01

    Brief

Tell Sage about the business, the audience and the goal. Guided intake asks the questions a good marketer would.

  2. 02

    Plan

Sage learns your brand kit and voice, then lays out a working plan you can adjust before anything is written.

  3. 03

    Draft

Posts, captions, emails and images arrive as drafts, written in your voice and grounded in what you have told her.

  4. 04

    Approve and publish

Approve, edit or reject each draft in the queue. Approved work publishes to the channel it was written for.

02What Sage does

The work of a marketing team, done the way your team would do it.

  • Publishes where your audience is

Sage writes for each channel — social networks, Google Business Profile and email — and publishes only through the accounts you connect and authorize.

  • Sounds like you

A brand kit and brand and audience voices keep every draft on brand. Upload your own documents to a knowledge base and Sage draws on them.

  • Researches with sources

Sage searches the web for current information and cites the pages she used, so you can check the claim before it goes out.

  • Answers your reviews

Sage reads your Google Business Profile reviews, finds the unanswered ones and drafts replies for you to approve.

  • Follows up by email

One-to-one emails to clients and leads, and drip sequences that step each contact through on schedule, with unsubscribe handled for you.

  • Turns one video into many

Sage transcribes a long video, cuts clips with captions, and prepares them for reels and short-form channels.

  • Keeps going on a schedule

Once you like a piece of work, turn it into a standing order and Sage keeps producing on that schedule, in the same voice.

  • Works with your team

Invite teammates into an organization with owner, admin, member or viewer roles, and keep each brand in its own workspace.

  • Stays inside your budget

Set spend limits for the organization, a workspace, a person or a single run. Sage stops when a limit is reached, or alerts you instead.

03Autonomy, on your terms

Sage asks first, until you tell her otherwise.

SageOps is built to run your marketing on its own. Out of the box, anything Sage would publish or send waits in your approval queue. You choose, per channel, whether she asks first or publishes on her own — and the reasoning behind every action is kept, not discarded: the run history records what she did and who or what started it.

  • Ask first

    The default

Sage stages the draft and waits for someone to approve, edit or reject it.

  • Publish on her own

For channels you trust Sage with. She publishes directly, and every action stays in the run history.

  • Off

Sage never publishes to that channel, whatever she is asked.

04Who it is for

Built for the teams that do the most with the least time.

  • Small marketing teams

One or two people covering every channel. Sage carries the drafting and scheduling, so your time goes to the decisions.

  • Agencies

A workspace for each client brand, each with its own voice, channels and approval queue, with your team working across them.

  • Local and professional businesses

Law firms, clinics and local services that live on reputation. Sage keeps up with Google reviews and posts, and a person approves every public word.

05Control and security

The AI reasons. Your team decides.

Sage is software that works for you. She does not replace your judgment on what your brand says in public. SageOps runs on Microsoft Azure and is served over HTTPS only. It does not currently hold third-party security certifications, and its security page will say so when that changes.

Approval queue
Approve, edit or reject every draft before it ships.
Separate tenants
Each organization is its own tenant; a person outside it is refused.
Roles
Owner, admin, member and read-only viewer.
Two-factor sign-in
Authenticator-app codes, with one-time recovery codes.
Withheld, not hidden
Capabilities switched off for your organization are withheld from Sage entirely.
Run history
Every action is recorded, attributed to the person or schedule that started it.
Your accounts
Channel tokens are kept in an encrypted secret store and never shown back in the interface.
Spend limits
Caps for the organization, a workspace, a person or a single run.
06Plans

Pay for the work Sage does, not for another tool.

Start with a 14-day free trial — 1,000 credits, no card required, and it does not turn into a paid plan on its own. Starter is for one brand getting consistent; Growth is for teams running several brands or channels; Agency is for agencies managing client brands; Enterprise is custom. Every plan includes the full approval queue, brand kit and voices, knowledge base, web research, standing orders and spend limits.

Current prices, billing terms and what each plan includes are published at sageops.mindhyve.ai/pricing.

07The architecture beneath

Every capability above is delivered by Sage, the Digital Employee for marketing, running on Eve-Marketing F5/reasoner — a compound reasoning model in the Eve-Fusion™ family, composing five cooperating models per request.

If your operations lead wants the architectural argument: the Compound Reasoning capability page explains why the reasoning is composed, logged and reviewable rather than taken on trust.

The full stack

One marketing capability, three layers you can inspect.

The Digital Employee you deploy, the compound model that reasons, and the synthetic corpus it was trained on — each its own page, all one stack.
