Cancellation Policy.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. This policy explains how to cancel, when it takes effect, and what happens to your access and data.

1. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from your account’s billing settings in the product, or by emailing hello@mindhyve.ai from the address on your account. We confirm every cancellation by email.

2. When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.
We do not charge a cancellation fee. Unless required by law or stated in an order form, paid fees for the current period are not prorated or refunded — see the Refund & Dispute Policy.
Institutional or enterprise agreements are cancelled per the terms of the applicable order form or contract.

3. What happens to your data

After cancellation takes effect, access ends and your Customer Content is retained for a limited recovery window and then deleted or de-identified per our Privacy Policy. You may request export before your access ends.
