Promotion Terms.

1. General

From time to time we may offer free trials, introductory discounts, or promotional credits. The specific duration, eligibility, and value of an offer are stated at the point where you accept it; those specific terms control if they conflict with these general terms. Offers are limited-time, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn before acceptance.

2. Free trials and auto-renewal

• Unless stated otherwise, a free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial and your payment method is charged the then-current price for the plan.
• To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends — see our Cancellation Policy.
• Trials are generally limited to one per customer or organization.

3. Discounts and credits

• A discount applies only for the stated period; after it ends, the subscription renews at the standard price for the plan.
• Credits apply to eligible charges only and expire as stated in the offer.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless we say so.

4. Eligibility and abuse

We may verify eligibility and may void offers obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
