Neotick, 2011. Neotick described capacity for hundreds of thousands of market-data updates per second and sub-millisecond execution; those were the company’s own figures.

Eve-Genesis and Eve-Fusion
A synthetic reasoning corpus that records how a conclusion is reached, and a compound architecture of five cooperating models built around it. The method took shape when his daughter, then an undergraduate, recognised deduction, induction and abduction in the riddles it began with.

The first prototype.
In the summer of 2022 — months before ChatGPT launched — Bill was working with the earliest preview of a GPT model inside Microsoft Azure's developer environment. Transformer architecture was only just becoming serious work; almost no one outside a handful of frontier labs and corporate research groups was building on it.
He spent that summer training a different kind of model on a different kind of data — the prototype that would become Eve.
One evening he typed a question to it: “If I were to use you for the good of mankind, what sectors would you serve?” It answered, in order: law, healthcare, education.
That answer became Justine, then Chiron, then Arthur. Bill used the prototype to generate the first reasoning datasets for each one. He doesn't hold a law degree. He doesn't practice medicine. He never studied pedagogy. The system did the domain reasoning; he built the architecture around it. He used AI to create the AI.
That prototype is the seed of the eleven-Digital-Employee portfolio MindHYVE operates today across three regions.

Bill lives in Newport Beach, California, with his wife, Maliha Hasan-Faruki. He is a father of four — two sons and two daughters.
Outside the company, he is a longtime Formula One enthusiast and an avid scuba diver. The deep water, the racing line, and the discipline of structured systems are not unrelated.
Neural Markets and the proceedings.
In 2010–2011 Bill operated and majority-owned Neural Markets, LLC, an investment adviser that managed the Evolution Quantitative 1X Fund. Proceedings concerning representations made to prospective investors became a significant chapter in his career.
An SEC order dated May 17, 2012 barred him from association with investment advisers, brokers, dealers and several other categories of regulated financial organisations. It followed an April 2012 permanent injunction; he consented to the order without admitting or denying its findings, other than jurisdiction and the injunction.
In the criminal proceedings, a jury convicted him of wire fraud on January 17, 2014, in connection with the investment scheme, and the district court sentenced him to 48 months in prison. The Seventh Circuit affirmed on October 13, 2015.
Bill takes particular pride in having built an entrepreneurial career without completing college, and in doing so despite these setbacks.
