Our model

MindHYVE is a distributed company across three regions. Most engineering roles are remote-friendly within those regions. We hire for compound-AI engineering (Eve-Fusion), synthetic data research (Eve-Genesis), platform engineering (Eve-Grid on Microsoft Azure), Digital Employee design, and full-stack delivery on the Operating Systems.

What we look for

Strong systems thinking. Calm operational judgment. Interest in working on regulated industries (healthcare, education, legal, financial services, theology). Comfort with ambiguity at the architecture-design level — and rigor at the implementation level. Bonus for prior experience on Microsoft Azure, with retrieval-augmented systems, or with domain-specific reasoning evaluations.
