Eve-Grid™.
MindHYVE.ai's proprietary cloud architecture on Microsoft Azure. Custom-engineered for compound-AI workloads. The structural reason MindHYVE can run a portfolio of compound AI systems with the latency, compliance, and reliability properties that regulated industries require.
What the substrate actually does.
Eve-Grid abstracts five capabilities that every compound-AI workload needs. Each capability binds to a specific set of Azure services configured for the latency, compliance, and reliability properties of regulated industries.
The runtime that routes a single request across the proprietary classifier, the Small Reasoning Model, and one or more frontier models — and unifies the response. The orchestration layer is where the compound architecture lives at runtime.
Per-domain vector indexes via Azure AI Search, with hybrid keyword + semantic retrieval. Reasoning is grounded in domain-appropriate primary sources — not in the open Internet.
Cosmos DB for structured state, transcripts, and the infinite memory recall properties of the Digital Employees. Redis for low-latency session and routing cache.
Service Bus for reliable inter-Digital-Employee coordination, Event Hubs for high-throughput telemetry streaming, SignalR for real-time client interfaces. Asynchronous-first by design.
Distributed tracing across the call graph, structured logs everywhere, no PII in log output by policy. Every reasoning trace is observable, every cost-attributable, every alert routable.
Engineered into the substrate. Not bolted on.
Wrapper companies inherit whatever compliance posture their upstream API supports. Eve-Grid implements regulatory regimes at the topology level — Azure regions, Private Endpoints, Key Vault, managed identity, region-specific data residency. Compliance is a property of the architecture, not an afterthought.
ChironAI™ workloads handling US Protected Health Information
Microsoft BAA in place. PHI pinned to US Azure regions. Customer-managed keys via Azure Key Vault. Service-to-service traffic over Azure Private Endpoints. Audit logs to tamper-evident storage.
EU resident data, including any TheoAI / ArthurAI European deployment
EU-region pinning enforced at the topology level. DPA addenda in place for processing roles. Right-to-erasure plumbed through Cosmos DB document lifecycle.
ArthurAI™ student records in US K-12 + higher-education deployments
Educational records segmented per institution. Aggregate analytics never returned at student-identifying granularity. Deletion-on-request honored within institutional retention windows.
ArthurAI deployments serving learners under 13
Parental-consent gating at the institution boundary. No targeted advertising. No external tracking pixels. No Eve-Genesis training derived from minor-resident data.
OUK and IUCEA-network deployments across Kenya and East Africa
Kenya / South Africa Azure regions for resident data. Data Protection Officer engagement formalized in the OUK Strategic Collaboration Framework (Jan 2026).
Substrate-wide information-security controls
Microsoft Azure inherits the platform attestations. MindHYVE certifies the operational layer on top — change-management discipline, access reviews, incident response runbooks, vendor risk.
Four clusters. Pinned where the data lives.
Per-tenant data residency is enforced at the Azure region level. ChironAI™ workloads with US PHI never leave US regions. Pakistan operations sit on Central India and UAE North. East African deployments are pinned to South Africa North. Sovereignty is not a setting — it is a topology.

We don't wrap an API. We run our own substrate.
The market is full of wrapper companies — a thin product layer over OpenAI or Anthropic. The economics of a wrapper are bounded by the upstream provider's pricing. The compliance posture is whatever the upstream supports. The architectural moat is none. Eve-Grid is the opposite proposition.
Wrapper companies: Someone else's API. No infrastructure surface they own.
Eve-Grid: Own Azure topology. Hundreds of services, configured by us, deployed by us.
Wrapper companies: Inherited from upstream. Whatever the API provider supports is what you get.
Eve-Grid: Engineered into the substrate. HIPAA, GDPR, FERPA, COPPA, Kenya DPA — each with topology-level enforcement.
Wrapper companies: Wherever the upstream chooses to host. No per-tenant control.
Eve-Grid: Per-tenant pinning at the Azure region level. PHI never leaves US regions; EU data never leaves EU.
Wrapper companies: Customer-impacting outage. Behavior changes are visible immediately.
Eve-Grid: Internal abstraction layer. Frontier-model behavior changes are absorbed by the orchestration runtime.
Wrapper companies: Marked up over inference. Bounded by the upstream’s pricing.
Eve-Grid: Composition is the moat. Most reasoning runs on the proprietary Small Reasoning Model — not the most-expensive frontier API.
Wrapper companies: None. Replaceable in a sprint.
Eve-Grid: Three years of substrate engineering. The composition pattern, the data residency, the compliance plumbing — none of it is replicable in a sprint.
Twenty-five Azure services. Six categories.
Eve-Grid is composed entirely of first-party Microsoft Azure services. No third-party platform components are introduced into the trust boundary at runtime.

Eve-Grid is the substrate beneath everything MindHYVE ships. The compound reasoning models live on it. The Digital Employees run on it. The Operating Systems serve their institutional partners through it. Everything else flows from this layer.
