Acceptable Use & Restrictions.

1. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others, or infringe intellectual property.
• Generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content, or attempt to deceive others about whether content is AI-generated where disclosure is required.
• Compromise security — including unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, circumventing usage limits, or interfering with the Services.
• Upload malware, or submit data you lack the right or consent to submit.

2. High-risk uses

Our Services provide decision support and must not be used as the sole basis for decisions that require licensed professional judgment or that could result in harm — including final clinical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions — without qualified human review. See the “no professional advice” section of our Terms of Service.

3. Export controls and sanctions

The Services are provided from the United States and are subject to U.S. export-control and economic-sanctions laws, including the Export Administration Regulations and regulations administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). By using the Services, you represent and agree that:

• You are not located in, or a national of, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and you are not on any U.S. restricted-party list.
• You will not export, re-export, or make the Services available in violation of U.S. or other applicable export-control or sanctions laws.
• You will not use the Services for any end use prohibited by those laws, including weapons-related end uses.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access. Serious violations may be reported to authorities. This policy supplements our Terms of Service.
