Refund & Dispute Policy.
Our products are digital subscriptions. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how we resolve billing disputes.
MindHYVE sells digital products and subscriptions only. We do not ship physical goods, so there is no shipment to return and no physical-returns process. Refund eligibility for our digital subscriptions is described below.
1. Refund eligibility
- First-time subscriptions. If you are charged for a new subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge.
- Renewals. Recurring renewal charges are generally non-refundable. You can avoid a renewal charge by cancelling before the renewal date — see our Cancellation Policy.
- Required by law. Nothing in this policy limits refund rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
- Institutional licenses. Refunds for institutional or enterprise agreements are governed by the applicable order form or contract.
2. How to request a refund
Email hello@mindhyve.ai from the address on your account with your account details and the reason for the request. We review each request and, if approved, issue the refund to your original payment method through Stripe within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
3. Billing disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first at hello@mindhyve.ai — we can usually resolve billing issues faster than a card dispute. If you open a dispute or chargeback with your card issuer, we will respond through Stripe with transaction records. Filing a dispute does not waive these Terms, and we may suspend access to the Services while a dispute is open.
