This is a commission-only business partnership with an independent contractor. It is not an offer of employment or of any investment, and no earnings are promised.

Apply
Tell us who you are and who you would introduce us to. Individuals and entities, in the United States or abroad, can apply.

Sign the agreement and NDA
Read the full agreement and the mutual NDA online, then sign both once with your typed name. We record what you accepted and when.

We review and approve
A member of the MindHYVE leadership team reviews every application. On approval we countersign and email you the signed agreement and NDA as one PDF; we may decline an application.

Register leads and sell
Register each prospect in writing. Once we accept it, the prospect is protected for twelve months while you lead the sale and we support you.

Advisors and consultants
You already guide institutions through technology decisions. Bring them an operating system that does the work, and be paid when they sign.
Operators and executives
You sit inside the sector, or you recently left it. Your introductions carry weight because you know how the work is really done.
Firms and agencies
Your team serves schools, clinics, law firms, faith institutions or finance teams. Partner as an entity and name one representative to hold the title.
Partners are individuals or entities, in the United States or elsewhere. Individual partners, and the designated representative of an entity, hold the public title “Director, Agentic Growth”, a business-development designation that is not employment and carries no authority to bind MindHYVE.
Questions
Is this a job?
No. This is a commission-only business partnership. You are an independent contractor: no salary, retainer, draw or benefits. It is not an offer of employment, equity or any investment.
How much can I earn?
Ten percent of the revenue we actually collect from each client you refer, for as long as that client contract is in force, including renewals. We do not publish earnings examples because outcomes depend entirely on the sales you close.
When and how am I paid?
Within 30 days after we receive the client’s payment, in U.S. dollars, to the account you designate. You bear your own bank and currency-conversion charges. Nothing is owed on amounts invoiced but not collected.
What if a client is refunded?
Commission on refunded, credited or charged-back revenue is deducted from your next payment or, if none is due within 90 days, repaid on request (Agreement s.6.4).
How does lead protection work?
You register a prospect in writing; we accept or decline within ten business days. An accepted prospect is protected for twelve months, and we will not knowingly contract with them directly to avoid paying you for twelve months after the agreement ends (s.5, s.9).
Why do I have to use the title “Director, Agentic Growth” on LinkedIn?
A visible public relationship with MindHYVE is a material condition of the agreement: within five business days of signing you list the position on your personal LinkedIn profile, linked to our company page, and keep it public. If it is removed or hidden and not restored within five business days of notice, we may terminate and commission stops. The title is a business-development designation only; it does not make you an officer, employee or agent (s.11).
Will I be listed on the website?
Only with your confirmation and our approval. An individual partner is listed in a separate Partners section on our team page with name, title and photo. An entity is listed in a public partner directory with its logo. Your listing is removed within 15 days after the agreement ends.
Can I end it?
Yes, either party may terminate for convenience on 30 days’ written notice. Commission stays payable on client contracts signed before termination, for the life of those contracts, unless we terminate for your uncured material breach (s.8).
Can I commit MindHYVE to prices or terms?
No. Only MindHYVE sets pricing and signs client contracts, and you need our written approval before presenting any pricing, quote or proposal (s.3, s.3.1).
What law governs, and where are disputes resolved?
Nevada law, with binding JAMS arbitration seated in Las Vegas (JAMS International rules for partners outside the United States). Read s.14 and s.15 in the agreement before you sign.
