HYVE Labs — active R&D · not shipping today

One event. Four reasoning surfaces. Coordinated.

A traumatic brain injury changes the medical care plan, the legal damages calculation, the insurance reserve, and the rehabilitative curriculum simultaneously. A layoff event changes the workforce-development plan, the unemployment-claim posture, the legal severance review, and the financial unit economics. A regulatory action against a provider changes the clinical workflow, the compliance posture, the legal exposure, and the staff training curriculum.

Inside MindHYVE’s sector Operating Systems, those reasoning consequences exist already — but each Operating System reasons about its own surface in isolation. The capability we’re researching at HYVE Labs is the meta-reasoning layer that coordinates them.

01The problem class

Real-world events don’t respect sector boundaries. The professional disciplines that have to act on those events do — that’s how the professions are organized. So a single event (an injury, a default, a regulatory finding, a workforce change) triggers a coordinated set of reasoning needs across multiple disciplines, but the reasoning happens in different rooms, with different vocabularies, on different timelines.

The cost of this isolation is paid by everyone downstream. The legal team works without the medical team’s clinical reasoning visible to it. The insurance carrier reserves on yesterday’s information. The school district plans rehabilitation around a medical picture three months out of date. The financial unit-economics model is missing the legal-exposure variable.

The class of problem we’re researching: how a single reasoning architecture can coordinate the per-sector compound models so that an event in one sector’s domain shows up, on the same reasoning timeline, as a correctly-shaped reasoning need in every other sector that touches the case.

02The architectural answer

The Eve-Fusion™ family is compound reasoning within a sector. The next layer up is a Metacognitive Reasoning Architecture (MRA) — a meta-reasoning layer that sits above the sector compound models, with zero parameters and zero training data of its own. It does not generate tokens. It reasons about how the sector models should reason — orchestrating model selection, parallel exploration, adversarial verification, recursive backtracking, and episodic learning across reasoning episodes that span sectors.

MindHYVE’s named MRA implementation is AXIOM™, currently in active R&D inside HYVE Labs. AXIOM is not a shipping product. It is the architectural successor to Eve-Fusion — the next-generation reasoning layer that Fusion is being researched toward.

The public introduction of the MRA category lives in two essays from March 2026:

03What the capability would deliver

Three event classes. Coordinated reasoning across four sectors.

These are not shipping capabilities. These are the use cases AXIOM is being architected against. Pilot conversations welcome from institutional partners who operate across more than one of MindHYVE’s sector domains.

Event class A

Catastrophic personal injury

  • Healthcare: ChironAI clinical care plan, multi-pass imaging review, treatment-protocol selection.
  • Legal: JustineAI MM/PI/IB damages modeling, demand-letter authoring, carrier-pattern analysis.
  • Education: ArthurAI PLE adaptive rehabilitative curriculum, family cognitive history, academic-recovery plan.
  • Insurance: Issac + Eve-Insurance reserve modeling, downside scenario simulation (roadmap).

Event class B

Workforce dislocation event

  • Education: ArthurAI VLE re-skilling pathway, sector-targeted competency rebuild.
  • Legal: JustineAI EL severance, classification, and FLSA review (roadmap).
  • Financial: Eli + Eve-Finance individual-level unit economics and income-resilience modeling (roadmap).
  • Insurance: Issac + Eve-Insurance unemployment-claim and disability-coverage interaction (roadmap).

Event class C

Regulatory action against a provider

  • Healthcare: ChironAI CDS workflow review, protocol re-baseline, staff supervision change.
  • Legal: JustineAI compliance review, exposure mapping, defense preparation.
  • Education: ArthurAI CLE staff retraining curriculum, role-based competency rebuild.
  • Financial: Eli + Eve-Finance institutional-impact modeling and cash-flow scenario simulation (roadmap).
04Where we are

This is research. The cross-domain capability is not in production. We are not selling it today. The in-production capability is sector-by-sector compound reasoning across the four Operating Systems — and that is where the ROI conversation lives.

This is the direction. Cross-domain reasoning is what the four sector Operating Systems are pointing toward. Customers who deploy across more than one sector today are the customers who will benefit first when AXIOM moves from research to production.

If you are an institutional partner who operates across more than one sector — a hospital system with associated physician-defense legal practice, a university with a workforce-development authority, a vertically integrated healthcare network — the conversation about early access to cross-domain capability happens directly.
