01The Digital Employee

Chiron is the Digital Employee for healthcare — named for the figure in Greek mythology who taught medicine to gods and heroes. He is the runtime expression of the Eve-Healthcare compound reasoning model, an F5/reasoner-generation Eve-Fusion architecture trained on the Eve-Genesis Clinical Edition synthetic reasoning corpus and augmented by Llama 4 Vision for radiology, photo exam, and DICOM analysis.

Chiron powers ChironAI, MindHYVE's Agentic Healthcare Operating System. ChironAI ships in two editions calibrated to different clinical settings. The Clinical Decision Support edition (CDS) — generally available since September 24, 2025 — serves hospitals, clinics, and health-sciences institutions across 15 capability cells: differential reasoning, multi-pass radiology with 12 canonical framework awareness, drug-interaction reasoning, and source-grounded SOAP documentation. The Occupational Medicine edition (OM) is built first for California's workers' comp market — the most regulated WC market in the United States — around the five jobs a WC physician carries in every visit: clinician, forensic investigator, regulatory clerk, billing manager, expert witness.

Chiron is HIPAA-aware by design — compliance is engineered into the reasoning substrate, not bolted on at the application layer. The architectural posture is bounded agency: every clinical artifact passes through a non-dismissible must-review-before-final gate, and every action is logged to a tamper-evident HMAC audit chain. The AI reasons; the physician decides. He inherits the universal Digital Employee properties: continuous learning through deployment, infinite memory recall, deployment on Eve-Grid on Microsoft Azure, US-region data residency for PHI, and 24/7/365 availability.

02Two editions

CDS for the clinic. OM for the workers' comp practice.

Two editions on one Eve-Healthcare F5/reasoner. CDS runs general clinical decision support across hospitals, clinics, and health-sciences institutions; OM runs occupational medicine and workers' compensation, where the regulatory chain is the workload. Both share the must-review-before-final architecture, the tamper-evident audit chain, and the same Eve-Genesis (Clinical Edition) reasoning corpus.

CDS

ChironAI CDS

Hospitals, clinics, and health-sciences institutions

Clinical decision support, engineered for the regulatory realities of healthcare. Differential reasoning, multi-pass radiology with 12 canonical RADS frameworks, drug-interaction reasoning across four severity tiers, source-grounded SOAP documentation. Must-review-before-final at every artifact, AB 489 architectural compliance, tamper-evident audit chain. Generally available since September 24, 2025.

OM
Edition

ChironAI OM

Workers' compensation and occupational medicine

Built first for California — the most regulated workers' comp market in the United States. DWC Form 5021 (5-day deadline), PR-2 progress reports, PS/MMI determinations under Labor Code §4061. AB 3030 attestation, AOE/COE causation under §3600, apportionment under §§4663/4664, MTUS/ACOEM alignment, structured work restrictions. National workers' comp frameworks follow.

04Classroom to bedside

Students train on ArthurAI in the classroom. They walk into the teaching hospital and work alongside ChironAI at the bedside.

Same compositional fabric. Same Eve-Genesis training methodology. The University Learning Edition (ULE) prepares health-sciences students for AI-augmented clinical practice; ChironAI CDS is the production system they encounter once they cross into clinical rotation. One reasoning architecture, two surfaces, one continuous pipeline — first realized in MindHYVE's strategic collaboration with California Northstate University and its teaching hospital under construction.
