Eve-Healthcare is the compound reasoning model for healthcare in the Eve-Fusion family. F5/reasoner generation. The Small Reasoning Model is fine-tuned on the Eve-Genesis Clinical Edition — MindHYVE's proprietary synthetic clinical reasoning corpus.
Eve-Healthcare composes five cooperating models, as every Eve-Fusion compound does: a routing classifier, the clinical domain reasoner, and three frontier models composed best-fit per request — one of them a long-context model that holds a patient’s longitudinal record in a single pass rather than a retrieved slice of it. Imaging is read by a dedicated vision route for radiology, DICOM series, and photo exam, taken when a request carries an image; it is a parallel path rather than a sixth model in the composition. What makes this compound clinical is what fills the slots and what the reasoner was trained on, not a larger count.
It is the compositional fabric beneath Chiron, the Digital Employee for healthcare, and beneath ChironAI, the autonomous Clinical Decision Support system. Differential reasoning, treatment-pathway evaluation, clinical-guideline retrieval, and structured medical reasoning historically performed by senior attending physicians and specialist consult teams.
HIPAA-aware behavior is engineered into the substrate, not bolted on at the application layer. PHI is never used for training. Customer data stays in the customer's tenancy. Eve-Healthcare runs on Eve-Grid in US Azure regions for institutions with US-based PHI.
